TROUBLE SHOOTING

WARNING;

MAKE SURE THAT THE TRACTOR IS SHUT OFF AND THE TRAILER CAN NOT MOVE 

BEFORE SERVICING THE HI-DUMP. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE WORK 

MUST BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON ONLY.

•  Actuate proper hydraulic valve

•  Check quick-couplers to be certain they are       

completely engaged

• 

Replace clogged hydraulic filter in tractor

•  Fill tractor hydraulic oil to proper level 
•  Repair or replace cylinder as needed 

 

•  Remove part of the load 
•  Use power unit capable of providing 2250 psi.

•  Replace worn hydraulic pump on tractor 
•  Trace hydraulic circuit and connect so front and rear 

lift cylinders lift in series, & the dump cylinders are 

plumbed in parallel
