Connecting to Bluetooth Devices Other Than Printers
1. Power on the Bluetooth radio and tap the
BT Service Tab
.
2. Tap
Scan Device Services
, then
Scan Device
on the Scan Device window. The Bluetooth Manager scans for Bluetooth
devices and services in range and displays them on the Scan Device Window.
Note:
To see a list of what the icons on this window mean, see
3. Double-tap on one of the services and select
Trusted
.
4. Authenticate if required by the device.
5. If you tap
Yes
, enter the same PIN on both the Dolphin terminal and on the device you’re connecting to.
If you don’t need to authenticate, tap
No
and you return to the list of retrieved devices and services on the Scan Device
window.
6. The key icon changes to indicate that the device is now Trusted.
(All the device’s services will be Trusted the next time they are retrieved in a scan.)
