THIS CONVERSION MUST BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED GAS FITTER IF IN DOUBT DO NOT DO THIS CONVERSION !!

Each Kit contains one LPG 
Conversion Kit and one DC
Sparker Kit.

Remove the 2 screws, push Burner 

Assembly to the left and lift out.

3)

  Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilot

 orifi 

ce.

Installation of the LPG 
Conversion Kit:

1)

 

Shut off the gas supply.

2) P33-4 

Only: 

 

a)   Remove the louvers (and bay door if it 

is installed).

 

b)  Open the fl ush door and remove the 

door.

 

c)  Remove the logs, embers, and brick 

panels (if used).

2) H25-1 

Only:

 
 

a)  Lift off the Cast Top and remove 

the glass front (refer to Glass 
Replacement section in the H25-1 
manual)  and carefully remove the 
logs and lava rock (refer to Log 
Installation section in manual).

 

b)  Remove burner by removing the 2 

screws on each side and then lifting 
the burner tray out.

Pilot assembly is now accessible for 

steps 4) to 9).

 

d)  Remove the 2 screws holding the 

Burner Assembly to the fi rebox base. 
Push the Burner Assembly to the left 
and lift out.

Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the Allen 
key and replace with the LPG pilot orifi ce 
in the kit and replace pilot cap.

5)

 

Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2" 
wrench and discard. Use another 
wrench to hold on to the elbow behind

the orifi ce.

Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPG 
stamped #54 and tighten.

Note: Use a magnetic type 

screwdriver if possible.
