90 - Service
Push/Pull
1. Extend push/pull cylinders to end of travel.
2. Remove snap ring and rod guide.
3. Remove pin (1) from slip (2).
4. Remove remove jaw insert (3).
5. Install replacement jaw insert.
6. Reinstall pin.
7. Reinstall snap ring and rod guide.
Replace Rod Catcher
1. Remove bolts holding plastic guides in place.
2. Remove worn guides.
3. Reinstall new guides using existing hardware.
Replace Rod Wiper
1. Lift off front of machine. See “Remove/Install
Front Panel” on page 82.
2. Remove rod wiper (shown).
3. Lower front panel down into place.
IMPORTANT: Install rod wiper with X facing
outward and at top center.
