1.6 CONSULTATION OF THE MANUAL
This manual is intended for operators and qualified personnel for a correct use of the equipment. Inside the
manual the operator will find instructions and directions related to:
•
KNOWLEDGE
•
SAFETY
• USE
•
MAINTENANCE
•
DISPOSAL
of the equipment.
Note:
Some illustrations contained in this manual have been taken from photos of prototypes:
standard production equipment may differ in some details. The policy of the MANUFACTURER
is to make continuous improvements to the equipment of its own production, and therefore
the characteristics of the same may undergo variations at any time, without notice. The
MANUFACTURER does not accept any responsibility for discrepancies that may arise between
the characteristics of its CRUSHERS and the related descriptions contained in this publication.
1.7 TESTING
HAMMER equipment is tested at the MANUFACTURER facilities, according to specific internal procedures.
Any verification of the performance resulting from the test is possible only by reproducing the same conditions
as the test itself.
Prior to delivery, the MANUFACTURER will provide the buyer customer with instructions concerning the
fundamental principles for use (tools, controls, etc.), periodic maintenance of the equipment and precautionary
safety measures.
1.8 WARRANTY
A.
The warranty of the equipment is 12 months from the date of delivery to the buyer.
B. The guarantee is valid if all the instructions in this manual have been followed.
C.
The warranty will be valid only after the purchaser suspends the use of the equipment as soon as it has
ascertained the existence of a defect.
D.
The warranty only provides for the supply of spare parts, excluding components subject to wear. The
costs for transport, disassembly and reassembly of the components will be borne by the customer.
E.
The warranty is only valid if the first start-up is carried out by personnel authorized by HAMMER S.r.l..
F.
The warranty is subject to the regular maintenance described in Chapter 6 of this manual.
G. Warranty forfeiture. The warranty is automatically void in any hypothesis of contractual non-fulfillment,
or in the event of tampering or modifications to the equipment, without the written authorization by
HAMMER S.r.l..
Failure to comply with the clauses mentioned above and any other indication in this manual will result in the
immediate forfeiture of the warranty and will exempt HAMMER S.r.l. from any liability for the product and/or for
any damage suffered by people or property
