How to Assemble and Grind

To reduce the risk of personal
injury, always unplug mixer
before inserting or removing
accessories.
1. Before inserting Accessory, make
sure Stand Mixer is unplugged
and Stand Mixer Speed Control
Dial is set to OFF ( ).
2. Lift up Accessory Cover and
let rest on Mixer Head.
3. Turn Accessory Knob
counterclockwise until screw
cannot be seen in Accessory
Opening.
4. Insert Accessory straight into
Accessory Opening, aligning
tab on Accessory with Tab
Opening near Accessory
Knob. Turn Accessory Knob
clockwise to tighten and hold
Accessory in place.
5. Slide Silicone Seal over
Auger Shaft, then slide
Grinding Auger into Food
Grinder with Auger Pin
facing out.
6. Place Blade on Auger Pin,
aligning square side of Blade
with square on Auger Pin.
7. Place desired Plate on Auger
Pin, aligning notch on Plate
with notch on end of Grinder
Accessory.
