The guarantee expires when (in addition to the situations mentioned in the contract):
•
The machine has been misused;
•
Damage occurs as a result of insufficient maintenance;
•
The spray gun cleaner has been tampered with or repaired without HID Services’ consent or
wrong spare parts have been fitted resulting in damage;
•
The customer fails to follow the instructions specified in this manual;
•
A corrosive agent has been used.
MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The HR 2400 is completely made out of stainless steel, hoses for the supply of water and coated
control levers at the front of the panel. Hazardous vapours can be extracted. A float immediately stops
the water supply when it reaches the necessary water level.
The control panel allows the user to:
•
Turn the pump on and off
•
Inspect and adjust the water gun
•
Turn on the water supply to the water gun
•
Turn on the water supply to the brush
•
Use the blow off gun
•
Turn on the supply of water to the outlet
•
Drain the coagulated water into the filter container
Vapours from water or solvents from the basin under the work top (13) is discarded through special
canals en automatically extracted through the vapour exhaust (C).
