CLEANING THE FILTER UNIT
The following operations have to be checked according to local law and regulations!
When the contaminated water has drained into the filter unit, turn the faucet of the washer into the
horizontal position. The filter unit is placed onto a small trolley with 4 wheels (no castor wheels) and
can be moved to a canalisation by placing it onto a cart. By opening the faucet at the backside of the
filter unit the liquid will drain directly into the canalisation. When all the liquid is drained, close the ball
valve. Deposit the fine filter with contaminated material in a suitable waste bin and have it discarded
according to local regulations. Place a new filter. Place the filter unit back under the washer, to make
it ready for use again.

The following parts may never be manipulated or turned off and must always be kept in perfect
working condition:

MAINTENANCE AND PERIODICAL CHECKS
Only those maintenance operations named in this paragraph (general maintenance) are to be carried
out by the user. All other maintenance must be carried out by a qualified maintenance
person.
The following operations can be carried out by the user:
•
The cleaning of the working plain and the HR 2400 inside parts;
•
The cleaning of the basin inside grill;
•
The cleaning of all the nozzles;
•
The cleaning of the HR 2400 outside with a neutral product and a soft cloth;
•
The changing of the filter on the backside of the inside of the machine (Paint Stop filter).

After the machine has been
connected to compressed air, it
does not deliver liquid to the
distributor.
The pressure is not high

The distributor feed valve is not

Check the air feed system.
Open the distributor feed valve.
Use the appropriate coagulation
powder to treat the water.
