STEP 12 - CONNECT POWER SUPPLY
Use the power supply connection method specific to your model.
Method 1 - Direct Wire
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Electrically ground dishwasher.
Connect ground wire to green ground connector in terminal box.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or
electrical shock.
IMPORTANT: Contact a qualified electrician. Be sure that the electrical connection
and wire size are adequate and in conformance with the National Electrical Code,
ANSI/NFPA No. 70-latest edition and all local codes and ordinances.
1. Confirm that power is turned off at the source.
2. Remove terminal box cover. Retain for later use.
3. Install a UL listed/CSA approved strain relief.
4. Route direct wire so that it does not touch dishwasher motor or lower part of
dishwasher tub.
5. Pull direct wire through strain relief in terminal box.
