9.2 Power interruption
In t he ev ent of a power cut, food should remain saf et y cold for abo ut 12 hours. Follow
t hese t ip s during a prolo nged power interruptio n, es p eciall y in summer


 Do not put ad ditional food into t he ap pl iance during a power interruption.

If prior not ice of a power interruption is giv en and t he interruption duration is lo nger
that 12 hours, m ake som e ice a nd put it in a cont ainer in t he top of t he r ef r iger ator
comp artment .

An insp ectio n of t he goods is re quired im mediat el y after t he interruption.

As temperatur e in t he r ef r iger ator wil l rise during a power interruption or ot her failure
t he stor age period and ed ib l e qua lity of food wil l be redu ced . A ny food that d ef rosts
should be either consumed, or cooked and r ef ro zen (where suita ble) soon afterwards
in order to prev ent heal th risks

10.1 Environmental conditions
The room temperatur e should always be bet ween 10 ° C and 43 ° C, s ince it can influ ence
t he temperatur e ins ide t he ap pl iance and its energy consumption. Do not install t he
ap pl iance near ot her heat -emitting ap pl iances (ov ens , r ef r iger ators) wit hout isolation.
