10.5 Aligning the appliance
The ap pl iance should be pl aced on a flat and sol id
surf ace.
1. Tilt t he ap pl iance slightly bac kwards (Fig. 10 .5).
2. S et t he f eet to t he d esir ed lev el .
3. The st abilit y can be check ed by alternat el y
bum ping on t he diagonals. Th e slightly swaying
should be t he s am e in bo th d irectio ns. Ot herwi se
t he fr ame can warp; poss ib l e l eaking door s eal s are
t he r es ult. A low t endency to t he r ear facilitates
t he closing of t he door.
10.6 Fine tuning of the doors
If t he doors are not in o ne lev el , this mismatch can be
remed ied by follo wing.
10.6.1 Using adjustable foot
Rotat e t he adju st able foot according to t he d irectio n
of arr ow i(Fig. 10 .6 -1) to turn up or do wn t he foot.
10.6.2 Using spacers
 Op en t he upper door and lift it.

C arefu lly clip t he sp acer (enclo sed in t he
access ory bag) in t he white plastic ring of t he
m id dl e hinge by hand or using tools l ike pl ier s (Fig.
10 .6 - 2). Do not s cr atch or bruise t he door.
Notice: Levelling
In t he futur e use of r ef r iger ator, doors u neven p heno m eno n m ay occur to t he weight of
stored food. Then pl ease adju st according to t he abo v e meth ods .

10.7 Waiting time
To t he maint enance -fr ee lubrication oil is located in
t he cap sule of t he compr es sor. This oil can get
t hro ugh t he closed p ipe system during slanting
transport. B ef or e co nnec ting t he ap pl iance to t he
power sup ply you have to wait 2 hours (Fig. 10 . 7) so
that t he oil runs back into t he cap sul e.
10.8 Electrical connection
Before each connection check if:

po wer su ppl y, so cke t and fusing are appropriat e to t he rating plat e.
 t he power so cke t is ear t hed and no multi-plug or ext ens ion.
 t he power plug and so cke t are strictly according.
Co nnec t t he plug to a properly installed hous eho ld so cke t.
