Unauthorized
use

this
phone
can
be
prevented
through
management
of
the
phone
and
(U)SIM
card
passwords.
The
phone
and
(U)SIM
card
have
passwords,
as
well
as
PIN2
which
support
4
‐
8
characters.
The
factory
lock
password
for
the
phone
is
0000.
The
(U)SIM
card
password
and
PIN2
are
provided
by
network
service
provider.
If
you
input
an
invalid
PIN/PIN2
3
times
your
(U)SIM
card
will
be
locked.
If
you
want
to
unlock
the
locked
(U)SIM
card,
you
need
to
input
personal
unlock
key
(PUK/PUK2),
which
is
provided
by
Cincinnati
Bell.
If
you
input
an
invalid
PUK
10
consecutive
times,
your
(U)SIM
card
will
be
permanently
disabled.
