If there are already existing entries, these and further options
can be selected by pressing the Display button “Options”.
The existing entries themselves are selected as follows:
Press the Scroll button to select a name or
enter the first letter of the name you are looking for and then
scroll.
The telephone book options are described below.
Saving an entry
Entries without a name cannot be saved.
Press the Display button “Names” to open the telephone
book.
Pressing the Display button “Options” opens the telephone
book options.
Select “Add entry”. Confirm the selection with the Display
button “OK”. The display shows: “Name”
Enter the name using the alphanumeric keypad (max. 16
characters).
Confirm your entry by pressing the Display button “OK”. The
display shows: “Number:”
Enter the call number (max. 20 numbers).
Confirm the call number with the Display button “OK”. You
will hear a cancellation tone, meaning that the entry is now
stored in the telephone book.
Leave the menu by repeatedly pressing the Display button
“Back”; or return immediately to the main menu by pressing
the Stop button.
