Call back and transfer
With the function
Call back/Transfer,
you can carry out two
calls alternately, without either caller being able to hear what
you are saying to the other. You can accept a “waiting” call, or
call a second number yourself. This function also forms the
basis for a three-party conference call.
You are making one call, and need to obtain information from a
second subscriber (internal or external). Press the R-button in
order to put the first call on hold.
You now hear the special dial tone. Dial the call number of the
second subscriber, and carry out this call.
You can out the second call on hold by pressing the R-button.
Now press button 2 to return to the first call. You can now
switch as required between the two calls.
If you now want to end the call after your enquiry to the second
subscriber, press the R-button and then button 1. The
connection to the second subscriber will now be broken.
Three-party conference call
With this function, you can call two people at the same time,
with everyone being able to take part in the conversation. The
connection is made as described under
Call waiting/Call
back/Transfer
.

When being used on a PABX system, you can
always switch between the two calls by pressing the
R-button twice. Both connections will be broken by
pressing the “on-hook” button on the handset.
