If you have the ARTF – version of this model you
can choose whether you mount your receiver
inside the pilot puppet or inside the backpack.
Inside the backpack there is enough space, also
you do not need to remove the pilot.
Mounting your receiver inside the pilot please
remove the pilot from the harness by carefully
pushing down the arms and pulling the puppet
upwards off the harness. Now carefully remove the overall. The base of the pilot is prepared to accept
the receiver unit. If necessary, please revise this area to accept your receiver. Use a hand saw or drill
to work on the pilot’s base. The receiver must fit into the prepared slot without bending the antennas.
The two antennas are then led to the outside through two small
holes in the suit of the pilot. Also plug in the cable from the ESC
pulled through a small hole in the backside of the overall. Use a
screw driver or something similar to punch a hole into the
overall. Please follow the manual of your transmitter for a
correct connection of the servo cables to the receiver. Using the
paramix modul there is no need for an addition mixing in the
transmitter.
Vor der Funktionskontrolle sollten alle Schrauben und Steckverbindungen auf festen Sitz kontrolliert
werden. Auch der Propeller muss fest mit der Motorwelle verbunden sein.
Der Akku wird im Gurtzeug untergebracht. Anschließend wird zuerst der linke Steuerknüppel ganz
nach hinten (zum Piloten) gezogen, dann der Sender eingeschaltet und anschließend der Akku mit
dem Regler verbunden. Achtung: Ab jetzt ist der Antrieb „scharf“, wird der linke Knüppel jetzt nach
vorne bewegt, läuft der Motor an.
Before preflight check all screws and plugs should be checkt for correct fit. Also the propeller has to fit
tight. Now the preflight check can be done. The battery is mounted inside the harness. Now put the
left contol stick into the minimum position (towards the pilot) and switch on the transmitter. Then
connect the battery to the speed controller. Attention: The motor is now armed! It will start spinning
when the left stick is moved forward.
