For example, for the telnet port (23), enter 23 ~ 23.
Operation
Specifies the status of the rule:

Deny
: Filters out packets matching the rule while
allowing other packets to pass.

Permit
: Filters out all packets except those
matching the rule.

None
: The rule is ineffective.
