7. Take the end of the load-bearing cable without the loop, and 

screw it to the axle inside the winch using a 4 mm Allen key 
(provided) as shown.

8. Attach the handle to the side of the winch 

opposite the ratchet 

mechanism,  and  fasten  it  in  place   with   a  collar,  washer  and 
screw, using the larger Allen key.
