Guarantee Conditions
1. To be eligible for warranty coverage your fish finder must have a copy of the Warranty Registration
Card. This Warranty card will become invalid if it is not completed and returned within 14 days from the
purchase date. And this card is valid only when produced together with the official purchase receipt or
invoice.
2. We warrant, to the original purchaser, this product to be free from defects or malfunctions in materials
or workmanship, and conform to the written specifications, all for One (1) Year from the date of purchase.
Any such defect, malfunction, or non-conformity which occurs within one year from your original
purchase date will either be repaired without charge or be replaced with a new product identical or
reasonably equivalent to this product, at our option, within a reasonable time after our receipt of the
product. The customer, however, is responsible for any costs associated with returning the unit to us.
3. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse, misuse, accident, failure to reasonably
maintain, improper installation or use, or unauthorized alteration or repairs. We retain the exclusive right to
repair or replace the unit at its sole discretion, and hold this right as the exclusive remedy available to the
customer against us for any defect, malfunction, or non-conformity concerning the product, or for any loss
or damage resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
4. We reserve the right to make changes or improvements in our products from time to time without
incurring the obligation to install such improvements or changes on equipment or items previously
manufactured.
