Troubleshooting
Fault
Possible cause
Solution
None of the electrical func-
tions work.
The emergency stop button has
been pressed.
Turn the emergency stop
button to the right.
The lifting platform is off.
Turn on the lifting platform
using the key switch. The key
must be vertical to turn the lift-
ing platform on.
The lifting platform has been shut off.
Turn on the socket.
The fuse has blown.
Change the fuse or reset the
residual current device.
The lifting platform does
not go all the way down.
Foreign objects below the lifting
platform/lift basket.
The safety list is activated.
Clear away snow/ice or other
foreign objects.
The lifting platform shows
overload.
The maximum load of the lifting plat-
form has been exceeded.
Remove some of the load
from the lifting platform. Do not
exceed the maximum load of
the lifting platform.
The lifting platform won’t
start after the lower door
has been closed.
The lower door does not indicate
closed and locked.
Press the DOWN button until
the door is completely open.
Check that there are no foreign
objects between the door and
the lifting platform. Run the
lifting platform as normal. If the
problem continues, contact the
supplier to adjust the door lock.
The lifting platform does
not go down after the upper
door has been closed.
The upper door shows no sign that it
has been closed and locked.
Press the UP button until the
door is open. Check that there
are no foreign objects between
the door and the lifting plat-
form. Run the lifting platform
as normal. If the problem con-
tinues, contact the supplier to
adjust the door lock.
The control panel flashes
1 flash: Overload activated.
Remove load so that the lifting
platform can be operated again.
2 flashes: Error on EOS inputs
Contact supplier
3 flashes: Error on hall elements or
magnet
Contact supplier
4 flashes: Overheating
Allow the lifting platform to
cool off for 20 minutes, and
contact the supplier if problems
continue
5 flashes: Error on Power_Hbridge
Contact supplier
6 flashes: Low voltage
Contact supplier
7 flashes: Power supply error
Contact supplier
8 flashes: Overvoltage
Contact supplier
Lasting flash: Lost position
Contact supplier
