Pre-assemble the planetary gearbox NGHP as follows:

Prerequisite:The assembly interface for the gearbox was drilled specifi-
cally according to the specifications from the Güdel sales documentation

Prerequisite:The planetary gearbox is blocked correctly

Determine the highest point of the rack pitch line

Align planetary gear NGHP and gearbox flange in assembly position 0°

Slightly grease the centering flange under the gearbox flange

Mount the planetary gearbox NGHP

Tighten the screws by hand
The planetary gear NGHP has to be manually adjustable with minimal
force

The planetary gearbox NGHP has been pre-assembled.
