Loosen the screw on the guide rear side
and set the top roll so that it is just able to
move freely.
Band Speed Setting

CAUTION
Unplug the machine before setting the saw
band speed. !
The band saw has 2 speeds (360 m/min and
780 m/min.)
Driving belt is (26) taken over 2 pulleys
(27+28). Driving sheave (27) has 2 pulleys of
different diameters. The other sheave is used
to tension the driving belt. The driving belt may
be released by turning the crank (11).
Put the high speed driving belt
(780 m/ min)
on the reared sheave (large diameter) and on
the rear part of the pulley as shown in the
figure.
For low speed
(360 m/min), put the driving
belt on front sheaves (small diameter)
Stretch the driving belt again so that it cannot
be compressed by more than 5 mm.
On/Off Switching

The saw is switched on by pressing green
button „1“To switch it off, press button „0“.
The band saw has undervoltage
protection. Upon outage, the saw has to
be switched on again.
