Set guide pulleys first.
•
To do that, loosen the screw and move
the holder until the band teeth stand out
above the band edge + 2 mm.
•
Fasten the screw again.
•
The internal distance of guide pulleys
from the balde should be 0,5 mm. Make
sure that the distance set up is not too
short as that would have an adverse
effect on the band service life.
Upper Supporting Bearing Set Up

Loosen the clamping screw.
•
Shift the supporting bearing for it not to
touch the belt - max. Distance 0,5 mm.
•
Tighten the clamping screw
•
The saw band position may be changed
by loosening the screws the saw band
guide may be shifted then. (Required on
wider bands).
•
Tighten the screws.
Saw Band Lower Guide Set-Up

•
Guide for the correct lateral must be first
placed so that saw band teeth stand out +
2 mm.
•
To do that, release the screw, set the
guide at place and retighten the screw. .
•
Lengthwise, the saw band should be at
0,5-mm distance from the guide.
