tunnels. It is applicable to power plant, transformer substation, steel mills, chemical
factories and ancient buildings. Those places can be classified as follows according to
the protected subjects.
(
1
)
Switching Equipment: Switches, transformers, substations, dynamo control
centers and resistor chains etc.
(
2
)
Cable bridge shelf, cable tunnels, intermediate layer of cable, cable trench,
and cable shaft etc.
(
3
)
Strap transmission, automated assembly line.
(
4
)
Floating tanks producing and storing chemical products.
(
5
)
Highway and railways tunnels.
(
6
)
Cold store, high density goods warehouse, liquor storehouse, articles house
and etc.
(
7
)
Hydraulic pressure stations, lubricant oil store, oil tube corridor and liquid
–immersed regulator.
(
8
)
Cooling tower, dust collector and etc.
(
9
)
Do use Explosion-proof linear heat detector in the places where exists
gunpowder, blasting explosive, ammunition igniters.
2 Design
Reference
When designing, select the specifications of the linear cable heat detector
according to the ambient mounting environment. Generally, select the rated action
temperature, if the highest temperature is above 30
in mounting place.
℃
The
interface with the first end of the heat cable enclosed should be located where the
detector is. Wiring of the heat cables should be referred to the characters of the
protected subject to make it in best condition. And the terminal should be far from
the electromagnetic field.
3 Applications
The detector is made up of the interface, the terminal and heat the cable, shown in
