Installing the Undersplice
1. Place plank ends together.
2. Place the undersplice under the planks. Make sure the undersplice extends 3" across each plank.
The splice should extend 3" under each plank. The splice should be screwed in place as shown in
.
3. Repeat for all plank locations requiring a splice.
NOTE:
Small grain perforated floors include an oversplice that is installed at the same time as
the undersplices.
