The HomeWhiz
Function
HomeWhiz allows you to use your
smart device to check your washing
machine and get information about its
status. With HomeWhiz application you
can use your smart device to perform
various procedures that can also be
performed on the machine.
You must download the HomeWhiz
application from the app store of your
smart device to use the WLAN feature
of your machine.
Make sure that your smart device is
connected to internet to install the app.
If you are using the app for the first
time, please use your e-mail address
to complete your account registration.
Once the registration procedure is
complete, you can use all products
with the HomeWhiz feature in your
house on this account.
After the setup procedures are
complete, your smart device and
washing machine do not need to be
connected to the same network. You
can use product as long as your smart
device is connected to internet.
You can touch “Add/Remove Product”
on the “Products” page to see the
products paired with your account. You
can perform user pairing procedures
of these products on this page.
Once the application is installed,
the HomeWhiz function allows your
washing machine to send you push
notifications through your smart
device.
Your washing machine will send you
notifications in the following cases:

When the programme is oven,
•
When the door of the washing
machine is opened,
•
When No water warning is displayed,
•
When safety warning is given,

To use
the
HomeWhiz
function
, the app must be
installed on your smart
device and your washing
machine must be connected
to your home network. If
your washing machine is not
connected to the network,
it works as an appliance
which does not have the
HomeWhiz function.

You product will operate as
connected to the wireless
network at your home
network. The controls made
by means of the application
will be enabled through
this network; therefore, the
network coverage around
where your appliance is
placed must be adequate.

the remote operation through
HomeWhiz function as well.

internet connection to use
the HomeWhiz feature.
Otherwise, the app will not
run on your smart device.

service provider if you are
having problems with your
internet connection.
