7. Insert two elbow connectors 23d into motor stool

8. Spray clean water onto the pump shaft 51.
9. Grease contact surfaces. Center Motor stool 2
on motor.
Recommend Klüberpaste UH1 96-402 or
equivalent.
10. Join motor stool 2 and motor.
Use hexagon head screws 28.
Torque: 1/2’’ - 48 lbf ft (65 Nm).

11. Slide the seal spacer 61 onto the pump shaft.
Open spring mechanical seals require the
spacer between the impeller and shoulder on
the shaft. The enclosed spring mechanical seal
has the spacer built into the drive sleeve portion
of the mechanical seal, so this drive sleeve can
be used in place of the spacer 61 when setting
the shaft position.

12. Spray the pump shaft 51with clean water.
Fit the impeller 49.
Tighten the impeller nut 67 on to the pump shaft
51.

13. Fit the spacer device onto the pump shaft 51and
fix it with O-Ring 66.
Slide the O-ring onto the impeller nut to fix the
spacer device.

14. Assemble the pump housing 6 and fit the upper
and lower clamp ring 92a and 92b.

15. Connect the clamp ring by using the tie bolt 93,
washer 94 c and hexagon nut 94.
