Automated Roll-Up Sides

Attach Motor to Adapter

ATTACH MOTOR TO ADAPTER

Complete these steps:
1. Insert the shear pin bushing into the mounting hole of the motor output

shaft and hold in place.

2. Using a 1-1/2" long hex drive screw (117109) and one 3/16" locknut

(117095), attach the motor adaptor to the motor output shaft.

Verify shear

pin bushing remained in place and did not fall out.

3. Tighten the hex bolt using a 10mm socket and ratchet and a 4mm hex

wrench (or hex bit).

4. Reattach the anti-billow ropes or adjust if these were loosened or

removed to install the automated roll-up panel components.

5. Repeat the previous procedures to install the remaining roll-up side

components for the other roll-up panel.

6. After installing the components for both roll-up panels, continue with the

procedure on the next page.

•  Shear Pin Bushing (117058)
•  1-1/2" Hex Drive Screw (117109)
•  Nylock Hex Locknut (117095)
