Adjusting of limit switch
1. Assemble the limit switch so that the cam follower
lightly touches the safety nut.
2. Adjust the limit switch so that the distance bet
ween the cam follower and the safety nut amounts
to 1mm.
3. Tighten.
Ensure that the limit switch cannot work itself loose,
even under vibration, as otherwise its functionality
in the event of nut failure cannot be guaranteed.
Wear and tear monitoring
(optical)
The adaptor has several slots through which the
state of the load bearing nut can be monitored
When new, the upper edge of the safety nut will
be positioned in the middle of the slot. Onset of
wear and tear progressively moves the edge of
the safety nut in the direction of the screw jack
housing.
The wear and tear limit is absorbed when the
safety nut has reached the edge of the slot.
In order to gain a wear history, we recommend
that you mark and date the position of the safety
nut upon each control check.
Einstellen des Endschalters

Den Endschalter am Befestigungsblech anbrin-
gen, sodass der Stößel des Endschalters an der
Sicherheitsfangmutter leicht anliegt.
2.
Den Endschalter verschieben, sodass zwischen
Stößel und Sicherheitsfangmutter ein Abstand von
1mm entsteht.
3.
Festschrauben
Sicherungselemente verwenden. Befestigung des
Endschalters darf sich auch unter Vibrationen nicht
lösen, da ansonsten im Fall des Tragmutterbruchs die
Funktion nicht gewährleistet ist.
Verschleiß-Überwachung
(optisch)
Für eine optische Überwachung des Tragmutter- ver-
schleißes befinden sich an der Gussglocke mehrere
Langlöcher. Im Neuzustand befindet sich die Oberkan-
te der Sicherheitsfangmutter in der Mitte des Lang-
loches. Mit zunehmendem Verschleiß der Tragmutter
wandert die Oberkante in Richtung Getriebegehäuse.
Sobald die Sicherheitsfangmutter den Rand des
Langloches erreicht hat, ist die Tragmutter an der
Verschleißgrenze angelangt.
Für eine Verschleißhistorie ist zu empfehlen jeweils
bei der Kontrolle die Position der Sicherheitsfang-
mutter an der Gußglocke zu makieren (Datum jeder
Markierung dokumentieren).
