Charging the batteries:
Your metal detector is supplied
with built in batteries and does not
need additional batteries.
If the metal detector is turned on,
turn it off(the knob TUNE is also
on/off button. Turn it anti –
clockwise
to
turn
off
the
equipment). Connect the charging
device jack to the RECHARGE
socket of the metal detector. Then
connect the charging device to the
contact. When recharges the red
light of the charging device is on.
The charging continues 12 to 16
hours. Once charged the metal
detector can function up to 45
hours.
You can prolong the time the
detector
works
by
using
headphones, that need less energy
than the built in speakers.
BATTERY TESTING: When the
detector is turned on, if the battery
status indicator LOW BAT is on, if
the equipment does not start, if the
sound is weak or difficult to adjust,
recharge the batteries.

Usage of the headphones:
You can connect a pair of
headphones(not included in the
equipment) to the metal detector.
This way only you will hear the
signal of the detector. Using
headphones also prolongs the life
of the batteries and makes easier
for you identifying the sound signal
you hear, for better detection. To
connect the headphones put their
cable into the corresponding socket
on the control panel. The built in
speaker turns off automatically
when you connect the headphones.
