C. R epla cing the Bat ter y

repla ce the batte r y as soo n as t he bat te ry i ndicator appears.
To repl ace the battery:
11. Press the
POW ER
to turn the M eter off and remove all connections fro m the ter minals.
12. Remove the screw fro m th e batte ry comp art ment , and sep ar ate the batte ry co mp artment fro m th e case botto m.
13. Remove the battery fro m the b attery co mpa rt ment.
14. Repla ce the b attery with a new 9 V batte ry ( NEDA1604 , 6 F22 o r 006P).
15. Rejoin the c ase botto m and battery compa rt ment, and reinstall the screw .
