Open driproof (ODP)-opening in the frame body and or end brackets.
2.
Totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) - no opening in the frame or brackets. Equipped with an external.
fan to blow air over the motor.
3.
Explosion resistant enclosure (EXP) - totally ,enclosed motor, with a housing constructed to contain
any explosion within the motor caused by the hazardous atmosphere entering the enclOsure and
being ignited.

Bearings shall be selected for a minimumL10
life in excess of 100,00 hours (equivalent
to L50 average life of 500,000 hours), at maximum cataloged operating speed.
4.
Bearing are 100 percent factory tested.
