• Regarding to the high development of computer parts, if there is no original model, alternative
models will be offered, by considering the difference price of the day.
• Carrying defective power to the sales agents or the warranty service office for replacement
(subject to warranty conditions), repair or full technical testing is the responsibility of the buyer.
Troubleshooting guide
If you didn’t mention any reaction from your PC after starting it please check these items:
1) Check input cable and backside rocker switch from backside of PSU
2) Check output cables, they should install to your components in order of their right way
3) Check short circuit possibility in inside hardware. For testing this you should detach all
components one by one
4) If one of above items happened for you detach PSU from system for 2 minutes and after
that attach it again
5) In-case that none of above solutions works for you, please contact with GREEN’s
Guarantee section
