GUARANTEE
1.
The right to the guarantee is effective provided that the warranty coupon
delivered together with the User and Maintenance Manual of the machine is
stamped by the vendor, shows the purchase date and is sent back to the
company Green Produzione completely filled in, with the requested information
data.
2.
The guarantee of
this machine is for a period of 12 months as from the
purchase date and covers all material and workmanship failures.
3.
The guarantee right is forfeited if the machine has been improperly used without
abiding by the manufacturer’s instructions for use and maintenance.
4.
The guarantee does not cover perishable materials as blades and counter-
blades, oil filter, belts, pulleys, etc.
5.
The defective elements have to be sent back to the company Green Produzione
that, in the manufacturer’s unquestionable judgement, shall provide for either
repair or replacement. The carriage is to the Customer’s account.
6.
The guarantee of the internal combustion engine installed on our machine is the
one applied by the engine Manufacturer.
GUARANTEE
CERTIFICATE
All of our machines are carefully factory tested; they are guaranteed for 12
months and our guarantee covers any defect in manufacture. The guarantee
time starts on the purchase date, when the guarantee coupon, filled in all its
parts, is shipped to the manufacturer.
The purchase date is the date specified on the fiscal document issued upon
delivery of the machine by the vendor.
Our company undertakes to free-of-cost repair or replace the components that,
within the guarantee time, reveal any defect in manufacture. The defects that
are not clearly attributable to material or workmanship will be examined at our
Technical Service Centre or registered office, and then a decision will be taken
by us according to results.
At any rate, the following is excluded from our guarantee coverage: accidental
damages, damages due to transportation, lack of care or inadequate handling,
improper use non compliant with the instructions and warnings included in the
User Manual, and anyway due to occurrences not bound to a regular operation
or correct use of the machine.
The guarantee right is forfeited in case the machine is repaired or tampered with
by unauthorized third parties. The machine replacement and extension of the
guarantee time because of a breakdown are excluded . Repair has to be carried
out at our authorized Technical Service Centre or our registered office; the faulty
machine or component has to be carriage-free delivered, i.e. with transport cost to
the user’s charge (unless otherwise agreed upon in advance).
The Guarantee Certificate and the fiscal document issued on the purchase have
to be forwarded to the technical staff in charge of repair, or must accompany the
machine shipped for repair purposes.
Our guarantee does not cover the cleaning of operative components.
The company GREEN PRODUZIONE S.r.l. declines all responsibility for injury to
people or damage to things arising from wrong use or incorrect operation of the
machine.
