6.1 It is workable to press

during the setting to confirm and execute the program immediately.
7. Speed and incline automatically change according to your setting. And the Time window displays the countdown value of
current segment. It will go to next segment when the time counts down to “o”
8. The segment will not be executed if the setting time is “o”.
9. You can also adjust the speed and incline during the workout.
10. It will process the cool down program after 16 segments have been executed.
