With the Quick Release Lever in the open posi  on (the lever should be at a 90° angle to the seat tube), insert the seat post
into the seat tube. Tighten the Quick Release clamp by turning the tension adjus  ng nut clockwise, with one hand on the
cam lever to keep it from rota  ng. Li   the Quick Release Lever up to the locked posi  on.

Grab the seat by the saddle with both hands to a  empt to rotate the seat. If you are unable to force the seat out of

tension on the adjus  ng nut approximately a 1/4 turn and try again. The seat height can be adjusted from 34 to 38.5 inches
(863 mm - 977 mm) from the ground or 30.5 to 34.5 inches (774 mm - 876 mm) from the pedals.
