| 2. WARRANTY POLICY

Obtaining warranty service

I. The owner of the Ampere electric

vehicle is responsible for delivering your

vehicle to any authorised Ampere Dealer

in order to obtain warranty service. Your

Ampere Dealer will make the necessary

repairs using Ampere genuine parts.

While any Ampere Dealer will perform

warranty service, Ampere recommends

that the owner consults the dealer from

whom the vehicle was bought because of

their personal interest.

II. The owner of the Ampere vehicle is

responsible for properly operating,

maintaining and caring for your Ampere

vehicle in accordance with the

instructions contained in the Owner's

Manual. If the vehicle is subject to

continuous driving conditions, the owner

should follow the maintenance

requirements specified in the Owner's

Manual.

III. The owner of the Ampere electric

vehicle is responsible to track and

maintain records of the maintenance

documents since it might serve as proof

to verify that the required maintenance

has been performed. The owner may

request the dealer for maintenance/

repair work.
