Machine lights are not
working:
Check 7-pin light connection to tractor.
Check wire harness for damage and individual light connections.
Check voltage, should be 12VDC+. See pin layout on page 11
Check lighting harness schematic on page 29
Entire machine runs to
shallow (Black & Green
Handgrips)
Make sure depth stop valve is set to correct depth.
Increase gang angle to help penetrate the ground and increase depth.
It may be necessary to add weight packs
Entire Machine runs to
deep (Black & Green
Handgrips)
Make sure depth stop valve is set to correct depth and working correctly.
A center cylinder may be damaged and or leaking.
If necessary the weight packs may need removed.
Wings running deeper than
Center
Reduce down pressure or put in float
Adjust wing tires, see Operator manual page 14
Wing running shallower
than center
Increase down pressure.
Adjust wing tires, see Operator manual page 14
Machine is side drafting
Re-phase gang cylinders, be sure to completely extend and retract both cylinders
when doing this.
Check wing tire adjustment is equal.
Call your GP representative to further diagnose if needed.
Parking brake
troubleshooting
Make sure the brake cables are not damaged.
Make sure the hand brake adjuster is operating correctly.
