The delivered Ecopress-Pneumatic or Ecopress-Manual is guaranteed in accordance with the general guarantee
terms of the Machine and Steel Construction Industry. Any warranty claims are voided in cases where there is
misuse, unauthorized repairs, use of non-Grass or unauthorized spare parts, as well as use of non-Grass or
unauthorized accessories without the express written consent of Grass GmbH. We reserve the right to make technical
modifications for whatever reasons we deem necessary. When the machine is shipped from the manufacturing plant,
it meets the latest standards of requirements and technical standards. The manufacturer is not obligated to modify
for free of charge any machines which were previously delivered to meet changed specifications.
You must send in a completed guarantee form to the manufacturer or all guarantee claims are invalidated.
The buyer agrees to store this data in an electronic data processing system.
The warranty term is 5 months from the date of purchase, regardless of the daily operation time.
