5-001 Transportation and Storage Requirements
The Ecopress will be delivered packaged in a box. The machine is partially assembled. Protect the packaged
machine against humidity and moisture during transportation and storage.
Storage temperature range is from -20°C to +50°C
5-002 Space and Environmental Requirements
The necessary space required depends on the size of the workpieces to be processed. The minimum depth is about
200 cm. The minimum width is about 80 cm; in addition to that, 100 cm per extension bar and per side.
The machine must be stored in a dry room protected against humidity and moisture.
The surrounding temperature while the machine is being operated, should be in the range of +10°C to +40°C.
The relative humidity should range from 10% to 80% , not condensing.
Major deviations can lead to misfunctions or interference during the operation of the machine.

a.) Position 1, illustration 5-003-01 Place machine frame with both aluminum profiles on
top of a suitable table or suitable stand
b.) Position 2, illustration 5-003-01 Push fence completely onto both aluminum profiles,
then tighten both clamping levers, illustration 5-003-02/03.
c.) Position 3, illustration 5-003-01 Push support strip in front of both aluminum profiles,
then tighten both screws with an Allen wrench, illustration 5-003-03/04.

i) Illustration 5-003-09/10 4 x position 6 -Install set screws (position 5) with 2.5 mm Allen wrench and, thereby,
secure screws 2 and 3.
