CONSTRUCTION AND USE
The welding machine is a device with insulation class I and it
is used for MMA welding. MMA welding uses coated electrodes
installed in MMA welding cable clamp. These electrodes are
melted with the welded material. Welders have constant current
characteristics.

PREPARATION FOR OPERATION
CONNECTION TO POWER SUPPLY NETWORKI
Before connecting the tool to mains network make sure that
the supply voltage and current are matched with values shown
on the rating plate. Power cord must be protected with fuses
or circuit breakers, their operating range must be appropriate
for the tool operating power. Connect the welding machine to
power supply and make sure the control indicator is on.
CAUTION: Electric system should be equipped with residual
current circuit breaker appropriate for the rated current of
the welding machine. The system should be professionally
set and provide correct functioning at the rated load of the
residual current circuit breaker.

OPERATION / SETTINGS
CAUTION: Always connect the welding machine to power
supply in the end, after preparing the material and making
sure that all the connections are done correctly.
MMA WELDING
To start MMA welding:
•
Connect the earth cable (
B
) to the socket (
1
).
•
Connect the MMA welding cable (
A
) to the socket (
2
).
•
Only when the device is correctly connected you can connect
power supply and turn the device on with the switch located
on the rear wall of the device.
•
Use the welding current setting knob (
12
) to set required
welding current, depending on welding electrode used and
thickness of processed piece.
INDICATION
The device features two indicating diodes (4, 5). Device power
indicator diode (4) shows when the device is connected to
electric power supply. Winding overheat indicator diode (5) turns
on when the device works too long at high load and the winding
temperature exceeds allowed value. When the diode (5) turns
on, stop operation immediately. Wait until winding temperature
drops down and the diode (5) turns off. Only when the diode
(5) turns off it is possible to continue device operation. When
the indicator diode (5) turns on immediately after connecting to
power supply, then the power supply voltage is different from
the rated voltage. In such case disconnect the device and check
the power supply.
CAUTION:
When you exceed rated operation time when
welding, the device temperature increases above allowed value.
This may cause damage and/or faster wear of the device.
IMPORTANT:
Provide good connection between welded object
and the welder clamp. Use the dial to set current intensity
adequate for material thickness and type of the weld. High
intensity of welding current may interfere with operation of
other electrical devices.
Duty cycle X(%)
defines rated load time related to 10 minute
working cycle at a given load. For example, marking of 60%
means 6 minutes of operation at a given load (specified in the
table along with rated data and in the table on the device), and 4
minutes rest before starting the device again.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION! Unplug the power cord from mains socket before
commencing any activities related to installation, adjustment,
repair or maintenance.
