Units of Measure Selection, Ion Gauge
The ion gauge is capable of providing direct readout in Torr, mbar and Pascal units. To
switch units, refer to Fig. 3-5 for proper location of the jumper plug. The jumper plug is
located on the main printed circuit board directly behind the ion gauge panel meter (see Fig.
6-1 ). Place the appropriate label (supplied) over the range units lettering on the front panel
between the range indicator LED's and the panel meter.
