Setting the temperature
Set Temperature Scale
• T he temperature scale can be selected to display the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
• W hen the display is flashing 4 dashes, hold down the Temperature Mode/Set button for 3
seconds. The display will show the current temperature scale (°C or °F).
• U se the adjustment wheel to change to °C or °F as required.
• P ress Temperature Mode/Set button again to accept your chosen temperature scale.
Set Cooking Temperature
• P ress the Temperature Mode/Set button.
• T he display will show the last saved temperature.
• U se the adjustment wheel to set the desired temperature and press the Temperature Mode/Set
button again to save the temperature.
• T he display will show the actual water temperature value, the orange heater symbol will illuminate
and the water in the tank will start to heat.
• T o view the set temperature at any time, press the Temperature Mode/Set button.
