Windshield Wiper System
The windshield wiper system on your 360 Express is controlled by the control panel located at
the helm. To turn the wipers on, press and release the on/off button (far left button) on the
control panel. Press and hold this button for one second to turn the system off. The on/off
button is also used to cycle through four different operation settings: continuously fast, fast
intermittent, medium intermittent (five second delay), and slow intermittent (ten second
delay).
The wipers have been divided into two groups: group 1 is the center wiper and group 2 consist
of the two outboard wipers. The default setting is for both groups to run together. Pressing the
group button (center button) on the control panel switches between active groups as follows:
group 1 and 2, group 1 only, group 2 only, and back to group 1 and 2.
This wiper system also controls the windshield washers. Pressing the wipe/wash button (far
right button) initiates the spray of freshwater from the boat’s fresh water supply. Therefore,
the fresh water switch at the control panel must be on or the boat connected to a shore water
supply for the washer to function. Water will begin to spray when the wipe/wash button is
pressed and continue until it is released. The wipers will begin to wipe two seconds after the
wipe/wash button is initially pressed and continue until four seconds after the button is
released.
