Operation
Shutdown
To shut down the supply unit:
1. On the electrical control panel (Fig. 11):
a. Turn the CONTROL ON switch (7) to OFF.
b. Turn OFF the main electrical disconnect (9).
2. Move the ram hand valve lever ((R) in Fig. 12) to
the OFF position. Shut off the air supply to the ram
and pump.
WARNING
To reduce the risk of serious injury whenever you
are instructed to relieve pressure, always follow the
Pressure Relief Procedure (page 20).
3. Open dispense guns or valves over an empty
waste container.
4. Relieve the pressure.
Emergency Stop
1. On the electrical control panel (Fig. 11):
a. Turn the CONTROL ON switch (7) to OFF.
b. Turn OFF the main electrical disconnect (9).

2. Stop the pump by closing the Pump’s Bleed-type
Master Air Valve closest to the motor’s air inlet
((C) in Fig. 12).

3. Stop the ram from moving by (Fig. 12):
a. Closing the master air lock-out valve (B).
b. Moving the ram hand valve lever (R) to the
OFF position.
