Excessive spray fog.
Atomizing air pressure too high.
Decrease air pressure (A1) as low as
possible
Fluid too thin.
Increase viscosity or increase fluid
flow rate.
“Orange Peel” finish.
Atomization air pressure too low.

pressure necessary.
