Material Pump Servo Start Up Sequence
This is the sequence that will allow the material pump servo’s to operate.
From the SHOT FLOW screen do the following:
1. Under SERVO POWER select the
ON
button.
2. Under SERVO ENABLE select the
ON
button.
3. Press the
DRIVE ENABLE
button.
4. Press the
RUN SETUP PROGRAM
button.
5. Press the
RUN MAIN PROGRAM
.
The material will now be active, and will respond the various pump modes and commands.
