OPERATION AND USE
1. Connect Coupler &
Engage
Connect and engage dis-
pense coupler.
Handle will reside in the
down position
2. Reset meter
Before pumping, reset
meter by pressing RESET
button.
Refer to meter instruction
manual 333467 for meter
operation.
3. Turn on Pump
Press orange ON button.
Pump will self prime after
20-40 seconds.
Refer to pump instruction
manual 333465 or 333466
for pump operation.
4. Dispense DEF
Squeeze nozzle handle
to begin the dispensing
process. Release handle to
stop dispensing
5. Turn off ump
To maximize pump service
life, press orange off but-
ton to turn off pum .
6. Document Meter Reading
Reference meter for ac-
curate amount of DEF
dispensed and document
accordingly if required.
I.1 LEAVING THE SYSTEM UNUSED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME
WHAT TO DO
Whenever it is thought that the system will remain unused for
at least 15 days, it must be emptied in order to prevent the
product from crystallising inside. This shall be followed by a
flushing ycle.
I.2 FLUSHING THE DISPENSING SYSTEM
FOREWORD
The dispensing system requires flushing in order to re-
move product crystallisation which may damage the dis-
pensing system components
WARNING
TOXIC FLUID OR FUMES HAZARD
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when per-
forming the flush ycle.
NOTICE
Use only demineralised water to flush the system.
DISPOSAL
Liquids resulting from flushing must be disposed of in accord-
ance with the laws prevailing in the country of use
NOTICE
By following the same modes of delivery described above,
the dispensing system can be flushed by sucking up dem-
ineralised water from the clean container and collecting
the resulting mixture in a different disposable container.
