Old/New Style Resistor Stud and Electrode
To reduce the risk of sparking, which could cause fire
or explosion, BE SURE the electrode and stud you
install are black. The old style electrode and stud in
the Series A–D Guns were white. DO NOT mix old
style parts with new style parts.
