Using the Cruise Quilting Mode
Like in precise mode, in cruise the quilting machine maintains the length of the stitch despite the
speed and direction of the quilter’s movements. However, the machine will continue to stitch in place
(at the minimum speed) if the quilter stops moving.

The following icons display:
• Settings:
Press to visit the Settings menu.
•
Next Quilting mode:
Press to access the next quilting mode. There are three other quilting
modes available: precise, baste, and manual.
• Stitch Length:
Shown in stitches per inch (SPI) or stitches per centimeter (SPC).
• Reduces the number of stitches per inch or centimeter and increases stitch length.
• Increases the number of stitches per inch or centimeter, which decreases stitch length.
• Minimum Speed: This is the speed that the machine will drop to when it is stitching in place
because it is not being moved. This can be set from 5% to 25% of the machine’s highest
speed.
