VCCO of four FPGA Banks can select the voltage between 3.3V, 2.5V,
and 1.2V through J3 to J6 pins using jumpers.



For GW1N-9 chip, VCCO1 is 3V, i.e., J5 jumper should be set as
3.3V;



VCCO0, VCCO2 and VCCO3 can be set as 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.2V
using jumpers.
